Fabric Curtains are made of 200 denier nylon, polyester or cotton/polyester blends. Nylon and polyester are coated with a Durable Water Repellency treatment. Cotton/Polyester blends are also coated, but because of the cotton content the treatment is not as affective and liners are suggested.
Fabric Curtains Care Instructions: proper care goes a long way in extending the life of a shower curtain. A timely schedule of housekeeping procedures for rinsing and washing will help eliminate the possibility of mildew growth on any residue such as soap, shampoo, etc. left on the curtain.
- Wash water temperature not to exceed 110°F.
- Use "Wash Warm/Rinse Cold" (Perm Press) Cycle with good quality SOAP.
- Do NOTuse detergent of bleach.
- Do NOTwash whites and colors together.
- Pressing - if required, use cool iron.
