HEADER CONSTRUCTION
NO MESH: 11/2"
Header to be triple thick, constructed of two layers of flame
retardant fabric with an inserted layer of tough nylon mesh (#42
- Marquisette, screen type); two-piece rustproof nickel plated
brass grommets, size zero, 6" O.C.
#30 MESH: 1/2"
Opening as required by the National Fire Protection Association.
Available in White, Beige, Ivory, Pacific Blue, Whispering Blue,
Twilight Blue, Teal, Mist Green, Cameo, Mauve and Lavender Mauve.
White will be used when color is not specified. Standard width
is 20"; available up to 40" in White and Beige only.

to be triple thick, constructed of two layers of flame retardant
fabric double needle stitched over a layer of nylon mesh; two-piece
rustproof nickel plated brass grommets, size zero, 6" O.C.
STANDARD
CONSTRUCTION DETAILS
MESH JOIN: Mesh
is to be attached first with an overlock seam, then folded onto
the fabric and securely sewn with a double-needle stitch.
SIDE / BOTTOM HEMS:
Are to be 1", single needle lock stitched. (Certain fabrics
such as Staph Chek are to be constructed with 1/2"
side and bottom hems.)
SEAMS: Overlock
seams are to be used on all Polyester fabrics. (Overlock seams
are constructed with a 4-thread overlock with safety stitch.)
3/8" Double needle flat felled seams to be used on Staph
Chek.
