Bed Bug Monitors

In our continuing effort to provide our distributors with the very best of products to combat the neever-ending bed bug problems confromting the Hospitality industry we are pleased to announce that we have now added the BDS, Bed bug Detection System, to our product line through an exclusive hospitality distribution agreement with AP&G. AP&G is a longtime manufacturer of pest control products and has put a tremendous amount of engineering into this seemingly simple product.  It is designed to attract bed bugs by considering the specific nature of the bed bug and its physical anatomy. It works! It is discreet! It can save many times its cost with early warning of bed bug activity by reducing extermination costs, downtime and liability. BDS Bed Bug Monitor The BDS, Bed bug Detection System, is designed to attract bed bugs by considering the specific nature of the bed bug and its physical anatomy. It works! It is discreet! It can save many times its cost with early warning of bed bug activity by reducing extermination costs, downtime and liability. It is an important tool in any up to date hospitality bed bug plan. BDS™ simulates the conditions that bedbugs consider “perfect harborage”: tight, dark tunneling and rough woodsy material. (Common examples are the small grooves of corrugated boxes, mattress creases and wood furniture.) Through careful research of bedbug biology, we have developed a trap that imitates these patterns. If bedbugs are nearby, they are drawn to the BDS™ and trapped in its patented dot-matrix adhesive. BDS™ is the first monitor for bedbugs that can be employed on a large scale as part of an IPM/Early Detection/Ongoing Inspection program. BDS™ is priced at a cost, that gives the hospitality industry the tools to employ a comprehensive inspection and prevention plan that is focused on early detection.
